Finding a way to incorporate STEM into a teacher’s already full curriculum is difficult. Project STEM provides an easy-to-use solution that takes the guesswork out of integrating STEM seamlessly into any teacher’s lesson plans.
Each Project STEM booklet focuses on a topic across the Life, Earth and Physical sciences, and uses hands-on labs, projects and background material to illustrate how science, technology, engineering, and math are connected. Lesson plans follow the 5 “E’s” instructional model — Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate — to organize the content in a way that is easily accessible to all teachers. Project STEM gives students a chance to practice innovation and teamwork through project-based learning preparing them for a broader array of career options.
